Fieldwork is an artisanal hybrid therapeutic practice, designing highly specific therapeutic sessions. Fieldwork recognises you as a rich and unique individual and strives to tailor sessions with careful consideration.
Using a combination of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Somatic Exercises, Breathwork, NLP, and EMDR, Fieldwork strives to get you to where you need to be quickly yet gently. A standard package of 4 is recommended for clients to experience change that sticks however, one-off sessions to give hypnotherapy a go are available too.
As the name suggests, Fieldwork Therapy approaches the mind-body connection as an ecosystem. The unconscious mind is a mysterious landscape which we can explore together, drawing up inner wisdom and peacefully letting go of old programming that no longer serves your higher good.
Keesha C. Field is the primary practitioner for Fieldwork Therapy and her passion to assist others on their journey of self-becoming emerged from a lifetime of curiosity. Growing up in Sydney, Australia, she felt something was missing or neglected in the Australian culture. She soon observed how this created high levels of stress and uncertainty which manifested in so many people through coping mechanisms; smoking, binge eating and alcohol / substance abuse, avoidance, unstable attachment styles, bodily malfunction in areas of cardiovascular, cognitive, digestive, autoimmune and hormonal health as well as a distinct dissatisfaction with life as characterised by depression, anxiety and midlife crisis. Through her studies, Keesha discovered the root cause of many of these issues; people want change but are disempowered to do anything about it.
Through Fieldwork Therapy’s modalities, Keesha speaks to your unconscious mind to cut through the fog and help you awaken your inner wisdom and drive.
Keesha’s mission at Fieldwork Therapy is to empower, inspire and propel those who are ready into the best version of themselves.
